A REALTOR® since 2004, I specialize in residential real estate sales throughout Maryland. I enjoy helping people find their dream home and assisting them in moving on to the next chapter of their lives. I love what I do and I’m honored that my clients put their trust and faith in me daily, knowing that I will do whatever it takes to ensure they achieve their goals.
Buyers
After many years in the real estate industry, I have found that one of the most important steps I take with my buyers is to set up a preliminary consultation. During this introductory meeting, I will explain the process, help set your expectations, listen to your wants and needs, and provide guidance on how to proceed with the process. Once we have set the foundation, we will go through each step together - from getting preapproved to you moving into your new home, I will be there to guide you through the entire process.
Sellers
The real estate market is very competitive. In order to market your home in the best way possible, I will schedule an initial walk through with you. During this walkthrough, I will recommend any adjustments that you can make which will make your home more attractive to buyers in the current market. Once your home ready to market for sale, we will officially list your home and begin implementing a strategic marketing plan curated specifically for your unique home. Throughout your home’s listing, I will organize and manage showings, communicate any offers, and provide advice on those offers so you have all the information you need to make the best decision possible.
